These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of API Test Generator (the "Service"), operated by Arsen Hambardzumyan ("we", "us"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
API Test Generator converts an OpenAPI/Swagger specification you provide into test suites (pytest, Jest, or Postman). The generated output is provided on an "as is" basis for your own use. You are responsible for reviewing and validating any generated code before running it.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use paid plans. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
Paid plans are billed on a recurring monthly basis. Payments and subscription management are handled by Paddle.com, which acts as the Merchant of Record for all orders. Paddle handles the transaction, invoicing, and applicable taxes. Your purchase is also subject to Paddle's Buyer Terms.
Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy and are processed through Paddle.
The Service, its branding, and its underlying code are owned by us. You retain ownership of the specifications you submit and the test code generated for you; we claim no rights over your specifications or output.
The Service and all generated output are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that generated tests are correct, complete, or suitable for production use. You use generated code at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the Service and cancel any subscription at any time.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
